How to Make your own Simple Easy Christmas dessert?
No cake without pudding.
Now, you can enjoy your favorite flavors of festive cheer, and no fuss with the baking.
What you’ll need: 1 large cookie dough, or a smaller one for filling 1 cup butter, or 1/2 cup softened coconut oil, or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, or ½ cup flour, or ¼ cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste ½ cup dark chocolate, or 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, and cooled in the refrigerator for 30 minutes 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup vanilla extract 1/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted 1/8 cup milk, for the filling, for 2 1/5 cups, for more chocolate, for optional toppings (optional) Instructions Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Line a baking pan with parchment or wax paper, or use silicone baking mats.
Using a cookie scoop or a pastry bag, scoop the dough into the pan and form it into a ball.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool completely before using.
Make the Chocolate Pudding 1.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
Beat until smooth.
In a medium bowl, mix together the chocolate chips and the almond milk.
Add the butter, coconut oil and vanilla to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Add the remaining ingredients, then fold the dough up into a balls.
Roll out onto a parchment lined baking sheet or silicone baking mat.
Brush with the remaining melted chocolate and chocolate mixture.
Place in the freezer until ready to serve.
The chocolate pudding can also be made in the microwave and reheated.
If you prefer, the chocolate pudding will also be cool and solid in the pan before serving.
