There are lots of coconut milk dessert recipes out there, but this recipe is the easiest to make and comes together in less than five minutes.

It’s not only gluten-free, but it’s also vegan, which means you don’t need any extra cream, milk or butter.

2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk 2 tablespoons raw coconut flakes 1/2 cup organic cane sugar (such as organic cane syrup, almond milk or apple cider) 1/4 cup coconut flour (or any other flour you like) 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, plus more for dusting 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 1/16 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup cold unsweeten coconut milk 1/5 cup plain vanilla extract 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional) Directions In a large bowl, combine the almond milk, coconut flakes, cane sugar and coconut flour until the mixture is smooth.
Whisk in the cocoa powder and baking soda.
Add the maple syrup and vanilla extract, and stir well.
Taste and add more coconut milk as needed to thicken the coconut milk.
Pour the mixture into a piping bag, and pipe the desserts onto the parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the edges are lightly golden.
