The Philippines is home to some of the world’s most famous pizza makers, including the famous Panda Express franchise, but there’s one pizza place that’s really hard to beat.
Danielson’s Cafe in Tacloban is a restaurant that’s always packed, so when diners ask for “pizza from the Republic of the Philippines,” they get the real deal.
The restaurant specializes in fresh pizza made with fresh ingredients and homemade doughs.
But don’t just order from the menu.
You can also go on an actual journey inside the restaurant and try out their pizza.
The pizza is made in-house, with a custom pizza cutter made by a local artisan.
The chef makes the pizza using his own handcrafted flour and a combination of homemade pizza toppings.
There’s no sugar added, and it’s made with only ingredients that you’d find in a Filipino restaurant.
To make the crust, the chef uses a mixture of whole wheat flour, which he then kneads in the kitchen and adds to the flour to create a fluffy crust.
“The dough itself is the most important ingredient,” said Danielson’s manager, Nene Santos.
“We start with a small amount of flour and work up to a big amount.”
The restaurant is a regular spot for tourists from all over the world.
But the restaurant is also popular among locals because it’s so fresh and good.
For diners who want to eat authentic, the restaurant’s special sauce is made from local ingredients and the chef has a good rapport with the diners.
The restaurant has a small menu with about 10 different pizzas, and they serve them in a variety of flavors, from their standard pies to their “gourmet” pies.
If you want to try out the restaurant, they are open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, which are closed to the public.
