The strawberries are a favorite of mine, but I also like the chocolate chip cookie dough and ice creams, which are both vegan.
I’ve made them in a few different ways before, and this is my favorite version.
I make them in the oven and let them cool for about 45 minutes before filling them with the filling.
The strawberries, however, are the hardest part.
I can’t stand the feeling of them getting crunchy as they sit in the refrigerator.
I used a vegan ice cream maker and the dough is super firm, but the filling is also firm and easy to spread.
