IngredientsMango Nut Muffins: 1/4 cup mango nut flour 2 cups brown sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract 1-2 tbsp almond milk (or other milk substitute) 1 large egg yolk 1 cup whole milk Directions1.
Preheat oven to 350 degreesF.
Place all ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Roll out muffins into 1/4-inch squares and shape into fruit shape.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until muffins start to set.
Cool for at least 15 minutes before eating.
Make mango fruit mousse and serve immediately.
