KFC is the world’s largest restaurant chain, but it doesn’t just serve burgers and fries.

Dessert with Mousse Ingredients (1) 1 cup sugar (grapeseed, almonds or cashews are all good)2 tablespoons honey (optional)2 eggs2 cups flour (or 2 teaspoons instant or bread flour)1 cup sugar3 tablespoons lemon juice1/2 cup milk (or water)1 tablespoon cocoa powder3 tablespoons butter, melted1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional), optional (to garnish)Directions:In a large bowl, stir together sugar, honey, egg, eggs, flour, lemon juice, milk, cocoa powder, butter, chocolate chips and butter.
Add milk and mix well.
In another bowl, add flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Gently fold the dough in thirds.
Using your fingers, roll out dough into a ball.
Place on parchment paper or silicone baking mats and press into an 8-inch cake pan.
Place cake pan in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Remove cake from the pan and place on a plate.
Cover and refrigerate until set.2.
Drowned Cake with Moustache Ingredients (2) 1/2 cups sugar1/3 cup milk3 tablespoons melted butter (or oil)1/8 teaspoon salt (or to taste)Direction:Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together sugar and honey.
Whisk in melted butter until light and fluffy.
Slowly pour in melted oil until it’s incorporated.
Add salt, salt, and milk until smooth.
Pour in chocolate chips if using.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Place the cake in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Chocolate Cake with Chocolates Ingredients (3) 1 package of confectioners sugar2 cups milk1 teaspoon vanilla extractDirections (1):Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Beat together sugar with honey.
Add vanilla extract and milk mixture until light.
Spread the batter on a lined baking sheet.
Place in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Remove the cake from pan and spread on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the cake into six equal pieces.
Place a chocolate cake onto each piece and spread the chocolate cake over the cake.
Spread chocolate cake on top of the chocolate pieces.
Sprinkle with sprinkles.
Repeat for the remaining chocolate cake. Enjoy!
